Brian Greene
Brian is the founder and president of Summit Custom Home Builders LLC, with more than two decades of luxury home building experience for customers located throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.

Eric Davis
Eric started his career in the military serving 13 years with the U.S. Navy. From being an instructor at the Naval Academy to being a Search and Rescue Swimmer to ending up in the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Eric served with distinction. Following his military service Eric became the Global Operations Manager for a large industrial distribution company honing his skills in project management, leadership, financial statements, projection planning, forecasting and other various business necessities. Eric has settled into a career within construction serving as a project manager in a large town home project in Spartanburg, assisting in ensuring accurate financial records for numerous multi-million dollar construction projects, providing customer facing solutions. Eric's main focus is on timely delivery of construction projects for those residents of the upstate.

Chad Durham
Chad enjoys helping homeowners articulate and manifest their custom home vision. He draws on his exceptional interpersonal skills to clearly communicate this vision with subcontractors. In this way, he helps to ensure dreams do become realities. Chad’s unique eye for detail rivals and surpasses those with many more years of experience.

With 22 years of construction management experience, Chad has been building in the upstate area since 2005. Prior to starting with Summit, Chad graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a double major in Finance, and Economics; with a minor in business and accounting.
